The nose is spicy, intense and offers a certain concentration and a hint of clove. There are notes of sage, lemony thyme and small notes of nutmeg associated with ripe-fresh small fruits, slight mandarin zest hints and a hint of infusion/ bergamot. The mouth is beautifuly juicy and offers brightness, purity, a beautiful intensity and an aromatic explosion. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of bright cherry, bright raspberry and small notes of fresh/ bright blueberry associated with touches of crushed red berries, balsamic, sage, slight touches of lemony thyme as well as a subtle hint of blood orange, slight hints of clove, toast and a subtle hint of « sense of place ». Sapid and chalky tannins. Good length and persisitence. Beautiful expression and aromatic purity, brightness. Beautiful and delicate iodine guideline in the background.
