Cantine Briziarelli – Anthaia 2022 – Umbria IGT

The nose is beautifuly clear, gastronomic and offers a textured side. There are notes of apricot, nectarine and small notes of fresh raspberry associated with a subtle hint of orange blossom. The mouth is beautifuly conducted, fruity, balanced and offers a fresh frame, a textured side as well as racy, tannic and full of balance structure. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of quinte, juicy/ bright small yellow fruits associated with touches of physalis as well as slight hints of flowers, very discreet almost maceration hint as well as a subtle saline and mineral hint. A tannic hint that brings a gastronomic touch.
