The nose offers a certain power, concentration as well as a beautiful finesse and intensity of the grain. There are notes of wild blackberry, pepper and small notes of wild cassis associated with touches of spices, a hint of darkness as well as discreet hints of dry local soil, olive tree leaf and sweet tobacco. The mouth is beautifuly built, fruity and offers a beautiful freshness / minerality, energy, a certain purity, a good definition, a slightly powerdery texture as well as beautiful matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy/ juicy blackberry, bright quetsche plum and small notes of roasted small red fruits associated with touches of crushed strawberry, chocolate / tonka bean, black olive, toast as well as a subtle hint of sense of place (local biotop), graphene and toast.
