The nose is powedery and offers an aerial side. There are notes of Boysenberry, concentrated purple plum and small notes of dense small red fruits associated with touches of local small flowers, sens of place (local biotop) as well as hints of smoke and vanilla. The mouth is mineral, fresh, well-balanced and offers energy, a good definition as well as a certain juiciness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ pulpy blackberry, pulpy cassis and small notes of bright small plum associated with touches of badian, black olive as well as slight hints of bigarreau cherry, vanilla and toast. Good length. Beautiful sapidity and freshness. Beautiful persistence.
