The nose is aromatic, elegant and offers a mastered power and concentration. There are notes of wild cassis, thyme and small notes of wild small red fruits associated with touches of grey pepper as well as hints of wild berries. The mouth is mineral, fruity, balanced, beautifuly defined, beautifuly purity and juiciness of the fruit, matter as well as beautiful flesh of the fruit. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ pulpy cherry, juicy/ pulpy wild raspberry and small notes of wild black berries associated with touches of thyme, rosemary, slight hints of olive tree as well as a subtle hint of Zan and fresh cubeb pepper. Precise, supple and discreetly tight tannins. A certain chewiness. Hint of good bitterness on the finish/ persistence. Sapidity and gourmandise.
