Tenuta Baldo – Remigrante 2019 – Montefalco Rosso Riserva

The nose is fruity and offers a certain gourmandise, a certain power as well as a certain richness. There are notes of ripe cassis, violet and small notes of balsamic associated with touches of black cherry as well as a hint of Zan and a discreet hint of camphor. The mouth is beautifuly fresh, mineral and offers a certain concentration, pulpiness as well as a beautiful freshness of the fruit in its flesh. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh/ juicy black cherry, pulpy cassis and small notes of bright small red fruits associated with touches of balsamic, a subtle hint of sweet blond tobacco as well as discreet hints of clove. Fresh, slightly marked and slightly sappy tannins. Finish half dry half chewy.
