Cantine Colle Ciocco – Tempestivo 2020, Spoleto – Trebbiano Spoletino DOC

The nose is aromatic, fresh, intense, deep and offers notes of local grove / noble varietal. There are notes of quinte, kumquat and smal notes of dried small white fruits associated with touches of fresh nutmeg, discreet hints of sweet spices and a very discreet hint of pepper. The mouth is beautifuly fresh, fruity, beautifuly mineral and offers structure, a slightly tight grain, tension as well as precision. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of lemon, quinte and small notes of rosemary associated with touches of crunchy pineapple, ripe lemon, a touch of kumquat as well as subtle hints of racy minerality. Good length. Good persistence. A beautiful stretched side and a tannic side on the finish/ persistence. Purity.
