Beautiful aromatic nose that offers a certain power, a small concentration and a fine deepness. There are notes of medicinal herbs, white liquorice / anise and small notes of roasted-fresh small yellow fruits associated with slight hints of beeswax and discreet hints of fresh spices. The mouth is beautifuly mineral, precise and offers a small contained side, a beautiful juiciness and a certain brightness of the fruit, tension, a fine textured side as well as a fine richness and energy. In the mouth it expresses notes of pineapple, fennel and small notes of kumquat associated with slight touches of beeswax, fresh spices as well as hints of fresh cinnamon, discreet hints of fresh small yellow fruits as well as discreet toasted hints/ toasted almond. Beautiful persistance with a subtle hint of good bitterness on the finish/ persistence. A hint of tannin in both the aroma and the structure.
