The Champagne has a beautiful shiny color with a straw color. The bubbles are dynamic and form numerous strings. The nose is intense, pronounced on fruits such as apple in all its forms as well as brioche, vanilla and sweet spices. The second nose is always intense with citrus zest such as grapefruit, lightly roasted hazelnuts and a hint of peach in syrup or muscat grape. The palate is pleasant with a surprising floral aroma: apple blossom, elderflower, elegant rose and especially plum. The whole is fresh, airy yet substantial. The finish is discreet, short with a hint of salt.
