Pale lemon colour. The nose offers nuances of peach and quince with delicate hints of citrus zest and green pineapple. The palate is fruity, textured and waxy with refreshing acidity, a pleasant phenolic grip and mineral backbone. The finish lingers long with a very balanced, fruit-forward citrusy aftertaste. The name implies an entry-level wine but it by far exceeds the expectations.
