The nose is fruity, delicious, tense, precise and offers a certain straightness and substance. It expresses notes of pulpy/fresh kumquat, pulpy/ripe yellow peach and more slightly – sweet mandarin, associated with fine touches of small fleshy/juicy fruits as well as hints of verbena, white flowers and a subtle hint of butter and fresh hazelnut. The palate is fresh, mineral, balanced, and offers a juicy/fresh frame, good definition, deliciousness, juiciness, a tangy frame, minerality, a nice definition, gourmandise, smoothness and a a little iodized/saline side. It expresses notes of pulpy/fresh kumquat, pulpy/juicy apple and more slightly – juicy/fresh yellow peach associated with notes of mandarin, bright physalis as well as hints of white flowers, acacia flowers as well as a discreet sappy hint and a subtle iodized hint and a hint of toast. A subtle hint of good bitterness on the finish/persistence. Freshness, suppleness and a little fat from the batonnage.
