The nose is aromatic, racy and expresses notes of sense of place, fresh nutmeg and, more slightly, sage/bay leaf and a discreet hint of tobacco. The palate is fruity and offers suavity, a certain gourmandise, a tangy frame. It expresses the notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, crunchy wild cherry and, more slightly, – sense of place associated with a touch of bay laurel and a discreet hint almost of clove. The tannins are sapid and finely mellow.
