The palate is nicely fresh, a bit raw, tangy, electric and offers a certain delicacy in its acidity/tangy structure, tension. It expresses notes of kumquat, physalis and dried orange zest combined with hints of floral berries, orange blossom, dried dates as well as hints of dried white flowers and spices. A tannic sensation in the aromatic and the structure. The nose is a bit oxidative, spicy and fine notes of dried zest, dry mandarin and small notes of of turmeric a subtle lemony and almost hint of honey.
