The nose is aromatic, elegant, precise, racy, and offers good definition, some complexity. It expresses notes of yellow peach, crushed mirabelle plum and small notes of apricot associated with a subtle hint of ripe/fresh pineapple as well as an almost toasted hint. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, balance, a tangy structure, certain gourmandize, roundness, some fat. It expresses notes of quenette, passion fruit, and small notes of of kumquat, small crushed yellow fruits associated with touches of racy minerality. Good length, some smooth power, freshness and minerality. A discreet hint of dried almond on the persistence.
