The nose is aromatic and offers a certain intensity and a fine minerality. It expresses the notes of crunchy peach, crushed pear and small notes of pulpy quenette, associated with touches of sage, dry local grove, as well as a discreet saline hint and fine hints of ripe white melon in the background. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, gourmandize, a certain pulpiness/softness of the fruit, some tension. It expresses notes of juicy mango, pulpy white melon and small notes of crushed nectarine, combined with touches of fresh/juicy sage as well as hints of fresh pineapple and a hint of bright yellow berries. A round, gourmet wine, with substance/texture, some unctuosity, but in balance with a certain finesse and a subtle hint of tangerine zest in the background.
