The palate is fresh, fruity with a mineral frame. There are notes of crunchy red fruits such as cherry and strawberry as well as racy minerality, hints of red apple and apricot blossom. The wine is warm, round, vinous. It needs to be paired with food to show its full potential. The finish is sweet on the red fruit.
