(Organic) The wine shows a medium ruby garnet colour. The nose is already well-developed, revealing notes of figs, a touch forest floor, with notes of forest berries in the background. Elegant and savoury on the palate, the wine reveals saline nuances, a hint of soya sauce, complemented by some herbaceous touch of wet leaves and forest floor. The tannins are fine and polished, supported by elevated acidity. A cool style of wine with beautiful sapidity and distinct elegance. Long, savoury finish.
