The nose is fresh, fruity and offers a certain power as well as a small concentration. It reveals notes of lychee, green apple, small notes of apple flowers associated with fine touches of sense of the place (local biotope), a hint of kumquat and a discreet hint of zests. The palate is fruity, finely unctuous and offers fullness, a small fat, gourmandize as well as a fine acidulous frame, a good finely unctuous matter and precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of green apple, lychee, small notes of apple flowers associated with a touch of verbena, crushed pear as well as very discreet hints of citrus/zests. Good length. An imperceptible hint of fenouil and almond on the persistence.
