The nose is fruity and offers a fine concentration, a small richness as well as a good bright fruit. It reveals notes of pulpy raspberry, crushed strawberry, small notes of cherry associated with touches of plum flowers, juicy violet plum as well as small hints of local copse, incense, a hint of Timut pepper and an imperceptible hint of citrus/orange (in the background). The palate is fruity and offers minerality, suavity, a beautiful racy minerality as well as suavity, dynamism, energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cherry, bright raspberry, small notes of strawberry associated with touches of plum flowers, cherry blossom, juicy/fresh violet plum as well as fine hints of liquorice stick, local copse, black olive and a discreet hint of spices (in the background).
