The palate is fruity, juicy, mineral, well-balanced and offers freshness, an acidulous/finely tight frame and dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy lemon, juicy quince, small notes of acidulous mirabelle associated with small touches of crunchy yellow apple as well as a subtle hint of dry mandarine, a flowery hint (in the background) and a discreet saline hint (in the background). An imperceptible almost toasted/buttered hint on the finish.
