Tenuta Regaleali – Nozze D’Oro 2017 – Sicilia DOC

The nose is fruity and offers freshness, minerality as well as a very fine richness/complexity. It reveals notes of ripe mirabelle, ripe peach and small notes of honey associated with discreet hints of fresh fowers, citrus as well as very discreet hints of sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, minerality, juiciness as well as a good definition, a fine grain, a fine tension as well as gourmandise. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/crunchy mirabelle, juicy kumquat and small notes of juicy/frsh peach associated with small touches of green apple, citrus, zests as well as a subtle hint of flowers, amand flowes, bee wax and an imperceptible hint of almond (in the background).
