The nose is aromatic, structured, straight and offers a fine hardness (from Cabernet Sauvignon). It need to be put in carafe. It reveals notes of redcurrant, wild strawberries and juicy cassis combined with a hint of flowers, ripe bell peppers, discreet notes of spices as well as a very discreet note of Sichuan pepper, grilled oak and an imperceptible hint of coffee (after aeration). The palate is fruity, silky, suave, well-balanced and offers a nice juiciness, a good definition, a fine mineral frame, elegance, straightness and a good structure. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of black cherry, ripe redcurrant, cassis and fine touches of blackberry combined with a subtle hint of colas / licorice as well as a touch of mocha and toasted oak. Tannins are well conducted. Good length.
