The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers elegance, suavity, a good definition, a beautiful finesse of the fat, gourmandise, a beautiful juicy/ripe fruit, roundness, a good finesse of the grain, tension, an acidulous frame as well as a fine freshness. On the palate, this vine expresses notes of fleshy peach, fleshy apple and small notes of juicy / ripe citrus fruits (lemon, mandarin) combined with a touch of quenette, juicy Williams pear, a very discreet hint of flowers and an imperceptible toasted touch.
