The nose is spicy, frank, racy and offers a lovely spicy side, even subtlely powdery. It reveals notes of wild strawberry, wild blackberry and small notes of pulpy cherry and violet plum, associated with fine hints of lilac, Timut pepper, as well as a subtle hint of almost camphor and a very discreet touch of clove. The palate is fruity, it offers freshness, minerality, a tangy frame, suppleness and juiciness. It presents a mineral freshness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fresh blackberry, fresh blueberry and small notes of small crushed red berries, combined with touches of roasting, gray pepper, as well as fine hints of bergamot/infusion and a hint of cocoa nib. The finish is very fine and tight.
