It reveals notes of boysenberry, creamy cassis and small notes of vanilla, associated with touches of crushed strawberry, as well as fine hints of sweet pepper. The palate is fruity, mineral, fresh, it offers good definition, a certain gourmandise and a hint of roasting. It is also elegant, delicate, silky, brilliant and energetic. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of wild cassis, roasting and small notes of small brilliant red fruits, combined with touches of creamy raspberry, as well as hints of cornflower, blond tobacco and a touch of black pepper. A wine offering freshness, juiciness and gourmandise. The tannins are racy, frank and well-built.
