Aromes de Pavie – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

Aromes de Pavie – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

The nose is fruity, floral and elegant, it offers a certain roundness and a fine enveloping side. It reveals notes of fleshy strawberry, pulpy blackberry and small notes of cornflower, associated with fine touches of wild pepper, a hint of clove, as well as discreet, almost vanilla-like hints. The palate is well-built, fruity, it offers freshness, a fresh/tangy frame, good definition, a certain juiciness and a charming side. It is also velvety, with a certain concentration/density/depth of aroma. It expresses notes of small blue fruits, juicy-roasted red raspberry and small notes of violet, combined with touches of lilac, cassis, as well as fine hints of bergamot, infusion and a hint of toasted. Good length. A hint of roasting in the background. The tannins are sappy and gourmand. A wine offering freshness, silkiness and gourmandise.
