The nose is racy, fruity, with a lovely finesse of grain, fine complexity and a fine violet side. It reveals notes of violet, camphor and, more lightly, cornflower, associated with touches of small wild red fruits, as well as fine hints of lilac, blueberry and sweet tobacco. The palate is nicely fruity, fresh, with minerality, good definition and a certain accuracy. It presents a tangy frame, freshness, harmony and energy. The wine is discreetly tight and taut. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, cherry and, more lightly, juicy/fresh blueberry, combined with touches of cornflower, fresh flowers as well as a hint of saffron on the floral side. Good length. Nice freshness, with a racy, tannic frame. A hint of cocoa and toast in the background, with a subtle chewiness.
