A sweet mead (69.4 g / L of residual sugar) relatively rich in aromas. It expresses notes of white flowers (including Honeysuckle) flower vine, spices ( including ginger), candied fruits and honey. The fruit notes are a blend of orange confit, pear and candied dried fruits (grape, apricot). Also the presence of some woody notes due to the passage in barrels.
