The palate is smooth, round, full, mineral, fruity (ripe fruit) and offers a small acid frame. In the mouth it expresses notes of strawberry and raspberry and slight notes of gooseberry in the background. There are also a few small note of blackcurrant leaf on the finish and slight notes of spices.
