The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of fleshy fruits, blackberry, candied cherry and slight notes of licorice. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cherry, plum, black cherry and blackberry combined with a few notes of black currant as well as touches of blackcurrant leaf. Tannins are a bit firm. Good length and persistence on the palate (including notes of plum).
