The nose reveals notes of fresh yellow fruit, straw and dried fruit. The mouth is gourmand, suave, mineral, round, fruity and fat. The effervescence is fine, abundant and dynamic. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of citrus (quince, mandarin, touch of lemon), nectarine and straw associated with slight notes of peach (in the background) as well as touches of pineapple. Good length.
