It reveals notes of apple and apple blossoms associated with slight touches of stone fruit, white peach as well as fine hints of orange and orange zest. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, fat, a small suavity as well as a certain intensity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh white fruit (peach …), minerality and a hint of lychee associated with slight hints of apple, flowers as well as fine notes of fresh butter and slight touches of papaya / Granny Smith apple skin (in the background).
